Asilomar Bible and Spiritual Life Conference LUNCH orders
Below you will find the lunch options for both Friday and Saturday during our Bible and Spiritual Life Conference.
We do ask that special requests / substitutions be kept to a reasonable minimum. We will do our best – within reason – to meet everyone’s needs.

*ALL Conference Participants are asked to complete the lunch option form (even if you plan to bring your own lunch). If you choose to not complete the online lunch form, AmiLynne will be calling you. Our desire is to make sure everyone has a meal plan in place!
*Please plan to stay on property for lunch:
We are asking that Conference Participants plan to either bring their own lunch or order from the options provided below. The schedule on both days is full of exciting content and we’d love to see lunch be a time of fellowship and sharing. (note: If you are considering purchasing lunch and eating at the meal hall on property, please know that your friends who are bringing their own lunch and/or ordering through BSL will not be permitted to join you as Asilomar prohibits outside foods in their dining hall).
*ALL lunch orders are requested to be submitted/paid for no later than July 19th so as to give our lunch partners time to properly place orders and ensure lunch requests are met. AmiLynne will begin making individual telephone calls on July 20th to those who have not submitted their orders. Thank you for your help in minimizing the need for multiple phone calls by placing your lunch order(s) promptly.

Friday: Panera Bread Company
Option One: Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken
Chicken raised without antibiotics, arugula, romaine, kale and radicchio blend, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, toasted pecan pieces, Gorgonzola and apple chips tossed with sweet white balsamic vinaigrette.
Option Two: Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT
Roasted turkey raised without antibiotics, applewood-smoked bacon, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes and avocado with pure mayo on Country Rustic. Available in whole and half.
Option Three: Modern Caprese Sandwich
Basil-white bean puree, sliced mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, smoked tomato confit, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper, toasted on Black Pepper Focaccia.
Option Four: Steak & Arugula Sandwich
Seared steak, arugula, vine-ripened tomatoes, pickled onions, garlic and herb cream cheese spread and mustard horseradish sauce on Sourdough.
Saturday: Goodies Deli
Option One: The Classic
Virginia Ham and Swiss on a Marbled Rye Bread
Option Two: Goodies’ Club Sandwich
Tender sliced turkey, Virginia ham, and crispy bacon on sourdough bread
Option Three: The Locals Favorite Chicken Salad Sandwich
Luscious chicken salad topped with fresh apple slices on wheat bread
Option Four: Surimi Crab Salad Sandwich
On a soft roll with a light Louie dressing
